A more logical idea would be to place a faction cap. So you can only be in three, maybe two factions at the same time on any Master Account, but you can still keep four characters.

I suggested that like 3 months ago in the admin board, it got swept under the carpet..

Can we et some statistics on how many master accounts really have 4 characters? Is this really an issue?

I'm sure we had this discussion already. Why not just leave it how it is? I don't see how this is going to change much at all. Rather - focus on improvements that to be made to the server to bring more RP, etc.
