Well, I have three accounts, and Im active on two accs, I support this if you do something for their donator status.

I'd probably give people $100,000 per £ donated for that specific donator level to compensate for the loss.

Although the wipe does have sufficient bonuses I personally think that it would be the best idea to remain with 4 characters, the 4 characters allows the players to have more diversity with their RP, they could have a mexican gangster, a mobster and then on the other two have a police officer and an Axiom character. 4 characters enables everyone to be able to RP almost every aspect RCRP has to offer so I think it would be best to leave it that way.

Why not 3? Imo if you were to decrease amount of characters, it'd be to 3, 2 are waayy to low. :c

(Also if you were to put it to max 2 you'd get x2 more work to transfer stuff. )

Personally I believe 2 characters are too low, I think 3 characters would be quite fair. I have 3 accounts and I'm active on all of them.
