You can't satisfy everyone, either you choose to be a heavy RP server and ban those who embrace the "THIS IS A GAME WE WANNA HAVE FUN TROLLING IG" excuse, or keep them but expect everyone else who's here to RP gone.

And really I'm sick of saying this, but you really shouldn't ask gangs to be active when the development team hasn't done a single change regarding the weapons and drugs script for three years. Go and read Trapp's/Ronnius' leaving post and you'll get my point.

Genius right here, the server was that "heavy RP" quality back in the day, the administrators need to nail down the trolling on the forums, games everywhere on the Red County property.

Don't get me started on the 'dev' team. We haven't had an update since; "Last Updated by Alec Rae (Thursday the 19th of July 2012)" 2 and a HALF months. The suggestions were opened, nothing is being scripted the PRISON has been put on wait which is a priority in the server for a LONG time. The prison would improve the roleplay standards a massive amount, but you'd still have those idiots screwing around.

The server is a huge hill of garbage (players, scripting, etc...) and if the dossers (admins) don't come and separate this garbage into recycling and waste (GOOD RPERS/BAD RPERS) then this server will go nowhere but even become a bigger pile of garbage in which case you will have no players, no donations, and nothing to finance the server except out of your own money which I don't think you'll do for like a 10-20 player base.

I don't think It'll go THAT far to that point, but I don't know, anything's possible.

Of course it's not, it's not their fault the weapons and drugs system is three years old with little to no changes, it's not their fault the prison is not scripted yet after they've been offered dozens of mapped prisons.

Thats not the point Stevenson. How will the changelog make newbies that dont know how to RP properly, RP?

It's not that RCRP is boring because of the script, no, we get cool stuff from time to time. Its about the people, not about the amount of people that play here but how they RP.

Yeah, you are not wrong at all there but are you agree with me that atleast 40% of the boredness of the players came from the old script ? I mean, there are 2 huge things that we have to improve, the script, as how i specified and the mentality of the players... maybe cruel punishments or... i can give you a good example:

In the past, you all know that like 7 months ago, The Asian Syndicate was full of noobs right ? We had 30 members and maybe 3 of them knew how to RP. Well how i get rid of this shit ? Simple: I tought them how to RP and everytime i saw them active and improving themselves i rewarded them with cash, weapons, drugs, cars...

I don't say that we have to do the same, but the admin team have to combine the useful with the pleasure, it can be done and if i were you that is what i will do:
1. Making IC events and the best one to win different things, not expensive ones. NOT OOC.
2. Making a section for Newbie Helpers. They will help the newbies with teaching them how to RP and everything. This is not hard. How we have /n chat, there can be a command to help every newbie who want to learn how to RP for RC standards.

Admins should do their job correctly, plus, the server doesn't appeal gangs no more, lol. There's nothing to RP with the current whack system. You create RP, but sometimes, the system prevents you of RPing some stuff you really want to be realistic.
About trolling I gave up. Admins screw around with their non-Admins friends. Then complains about others being trolling and bans them.
Like over then sixty percent of the real good RPers have already left. Next is the whole amount of the qualified RPers. Then the server will be left with dozens of nubs.
Get stricter, and pluh-lease stop delaying stuff.

Admins should be more stricted and i still think that this idea with " RP teachers " should be implemented and as a reward for their job to get... idk (( not IG stuffs... )) ... think about it.
