Did anyone else notice how people become professor all of a sudden, taking values out of the blue? Like 40%, 60% etc.. It's funny to see that, I bet "90%" of peple who give instructions here telling us how to do our job better have no clue what it is like to be an RC-RP admin and what we actually do, and I by god, I bet they would have no idea how and where to start if they were in my/our position.

But of course, everyone knows everything, just the admins are the dumb people which don't know anything.

I didn't say that admins are dumb. I respect everyone even if he is admin or player, well i know that i have some brawls if Firetruck blabla and others but i don't care what happened in the past.

Jazzy, if you will need my help, in mapping or any other things just PM me and i will help you with how much i can. If we don't do anything now... i'm sadly saying that, RC-RP will get slowly a light RP server... If we work togethe we will fix everything.

Admins should do their job correctly, plus, the server doesn't appeal gangs no more, lol. There's nothing to RP with the current whack system. You create RP, but sometimes, the system prevents you of RPing some stuff you really want to be realistic.
About trolling I gave up. Admins screw around with their non-Admins friends. Then complains about others being trolling and bans them.
Like over then sixty percent of the real good RPers have already left. Next is the whole amount of the qualified RPers. Then the server will be left with dozens of nubs.
Get stricter, and pluh-lease stop delaying stuff.

There is actually something changed within the Admin Team, since the Administrators are more serious and responding more often to assistance calls.

Yup, the forums are half the problem, its like a breeding ground for trolls and assholes... And lets face it these trolls and assholes are probably immature so when something happens on the forums such as an argument or something they will take that with them IG and start shit also...
