Just remove the trolls, immmature players, and obvs hackers and whatnot. Keep them out, stop with the second chances. Guess what you'll see good players who know how to Role Play are left, and they will continue to join...

Quality over quantity, and mind over matter. Just because a lot of members support a rather, erm.. "Stupid" idea or RP scenario doesn't exactly make it right. For example back when people used to do the "<Insertpopularplayername> for admin!!!1111!!!" things in the general ooc and signatures, the administrators rushed in to end that pretty swiftly and quickly. Well what happened to that? Just saying if you don't let the bad in and kick the existing bad out, well you're set. You don't even need to do anything else...

Scuba's right, administrators cannot make biased decisions friend or not. A LOT of admins are friends with A LOT of people here, and I'm fine with that we can all have friends yeah that's cool. But what I feel here is that they're worried they might loose their friends if their friend(s) decide to do something stupid and ask them to get out of it but the admin will say no and blah blah blah. I can go on foreverrr!!!

Just saying, administrators have the right to friends, but when you're an administrator you were placed and put into that trusted position to make unbiased decisions. I don't know if you guys make biased decisions or not, but that's just what I've noticed over the past couple of months.. I can name a LOT of people who put their heads into everything and act like they run shit here, but that's just because they're known in the community and it seems like they're the ones who can get out of anything.. And with the "veteran" crap, just stop. You're a veteran, alright, that's great man I've been playing here for ages but I don't see myself anything than a regular player. You do not run RCRP if you're a veteran.

The only actual admin friends I've had that I like legit talk to, are (or was w/e) Jazzy, Phil, Yass, and Bishop. And I met all of them through the PD before I even knew they were admins/became one. so yeah.

Yes, we MUST RP like we would do IRL. If this is a RP server, that's the fucking purpose. Is it needed to come an admin and say this? Hell no, when you join you already know the purpose of the server, so for fuck sakes, act same way with regular players like you would act with admins.

Yep, it's sad that we have to remind some people what the purpose of RP is.

If it's too heavy, "HELL IT'S A GAME FFS", if it's too light "OMFG RP QUALITY IS SO LOW 11113one"..

People just don't know what they want.. But hey, we know what the goal and aim of this server is, so people should decide if this is the right server for their RP aim, or not.. We're just going to do our job, the rest is up to the players.

You can't satisfy everyone, either you choose to be a heavy RP server and ban those who embrace the "THIS IS A GAME WE WANNA HAVE FUN TROLLING IG" excuse, or keep them but expect everyone else who's here to RP gone.

And really I'm sick of saying this, but you really shouldn't ask gangs to be active when the development team hasn't done a single change regarding the weapons and drugs script for three years. Go and read Trapp's/Ronnius' leaving post and you'll get my point.
