Keep Losing Connection

When you start to play, alt-tab and turn the AVAST on gaming mode and turn off the shields and change your IP. Worked for me.
 
I called my ISP again. This time some middle eastern guy answered, he didn't know shit about his job, and didn't help.

And my connection is even worse.
 
Problem seems to be gone now...Maybe there was a file on my computer screwing it up because I cleaned out my "downloads" folder. And now I can play fine. How odd.
