Quick question, are the robbing limits enforced on cops/agents too, for example on weapon busts or house raids?

I would doubt it since law enforcement isn't robbing them, they are seizing the weapons and drugs as evidence.

The additions are absolutely great, besides the fact of stealing guns, it's seems kinda inappropiate, as why couldn't you steal more than X guns? It's the owner's fault for not locking his car/van, whatever; I suppose the punishments start from an ajail to a temporary ban or permanent ban?
