Let's say I have not so good laptop and play with medium settings with high stable fps. Rarely get fps drops.
Would this mode lower fps(little/too much)?

The three first mirrors contains texture files for the snowy ground and roads. If you want to download the CLEO mod which creates the falling snow then you need to download it here:

SnowFX not working for me...

Did it flash the image when you've started SAMP?
It should show the SnowFX logo when your screen is pointed at the boulevard in Los Santos.
If it does, press CTRL and + on your Numpad

I intalled it, nothing happened, then tried to re-install and my GTA:SA was broken, had to uninstall it. ATM installing GTA:SA again..

EDIT: Also, after I installed CLEO 4 and after that SnowFX, my game just freeze. I click on the GTA:SA and it freezes..
