RCRP is not the same anymore. I used to log in everyday in 2011-2012 to roleplay with my friends in a faction. Now I only log in once every month at best. I just do not have the same enjoyment I had back when it was really fun and entertaining. Now the only people I EVER see is the group infront of Montgomery Betting track, only sometimes do I see other people actually roleplaying.
And the thing about bringing in a government and elections, we just dont have the right playerbase for it to fully function. It would be pointless to have one at this time.
