[IMPORTANT] Additions and changes to the RC:RP rules

Same stands for Aperture agents being so good at their job that they find you 30 minutes later across the whole map in a garage parking lot.

The brawl rule is dumb. It'll be overused and abused,and my official prediction is it'll be reversed within two months after dozens of DM complaints.

Great additions, although some rules like that mask one may seem as common sense, it's good that it was finally acknowledged as an issue.

About it killing secretive factions: Honestly, you can always RP as a civilian without that mask and do whatever your character secretly does with the mask on, join a legal faction for a cover up, starting one is also an option, roleplaying around a criminal organization is also on the table, it's all about common sense, you can always be secretive with or without an OOC command.
