it installs two .s files in my cleo folder and when I try to change them to .cs the mod stops working. When I leave them it doesn't show snow fall.

Those two should remain .s files. You should have a SnowFX-Start.cs file too though.

I do have one question - probably me being dumb. But, what's the difference between the unfiltered and filtered snow andreas textures? Is it something to do with the textures itself or the download?

In the original Snow Andreas mod there's a couple of explicit and unrelated textures, such as billboards featuring somewhat pornographic contents and some shop re-textures. The updated (filtered) version removes these, leaving you with only the snow textures.

No need to have it in modloader, extract SnowFX.rar that you downloaded where ever you want (example Desktop) and just run SnowFX setup, pick your GTA SA directory, install it and you are done!

Idk why isn't work... I have laptop with numpad keyboard, i installed replaceable file, i activated and deactivated numlock, but isn't work at all. Why?

So it comes up as a .rar fle, but not a zip file if that makes sense. I err, basically when I press it, it asks what I should open it with, and when I right-click on it, it doesn't have the option to extract it.
