I was around and did my duties, how do you know? Are you an admin? Do you see our admin only section? Do you even know what my duties and my job is? I've been around when I was needed, and the main part to improve is still our work, I wanted to state this as friendly as only possible, in other words, as a translation for you here: Stop fucking around and messing shit up to save us the workload so we can focus on improving the server. What I was refering to is the OOC fuckery where nobody else can see us, which is absolutely no problem. Players are not allowed to do this unless permission is granted, see rules: You are not allowed to go OOC unless approved my an administrator. Now that there was too much OOC fuckery in the towns, we're going to drastically reduce that, our aim is 0.

I suggest you check my other global announcement iRyan, as much as I'd like to change your name, I can't. It's a rule for all of us set by Alec - which has a reason.

Everything can be fixed over time, but in order to fix it before it's too late, there needs to be drastic, thought out, accurate and demanding decisions and if there is the slightest hesitation from a person in power to do so, they shouldn't be in that position.

Yes, it seems harsh but there is the same reason why people are legitly leaving and this is that there is rarely anything massively new for the in-direct members of the community, by in-direct I mean members that aren't in particular factions, and don't plan on doing so, there is also the, fear that some members have of truly having a HEAVY RP server.

It's impossible and un-needed to point fingers because you'd have better luck playing spin the bottle, there is no-one in particular to blame, but inorder to get out of the hellish downwards spiral that RCRP is going through, EVERYONE needs to put their all in, whether it is IG administration, to forum work, to faction leaders, to general small and lightly impacting role play.

The script as well makes a big impact to this, but with the upcoming changes (From what I have heard and seen) will help the majority of this, we are losing players because of the slowly dying creativity of the community, what we need to do is create inspiration and truly HELP players rather than shunning them from the community: becoz there grammar aint so good.

It's tiny things that will improve the server, and everyone can play an impacting role in it, if you, as admins, give them the chance.

That's what I'm talking about. We ALL need to help and work on ourselves. It's not just one side doing all the work. But we, admins, need to push everything on the right track first so the rest can walk.. If you get the point.

By seeing Komars post I can only facepalm, since the only he refers to is us admins failing to do anything and it's just him or some of the players saving our butts from the downfall. Seriously ridiculous and senseless statement, unfair as well. But it won't change anything, we're working on it, simple as that. No time for people constantly giving out bullshit and hypocrites striking.

In a sense KoMaR has a point, but you are right, it is unfair to make the assumptions and to point fingers just as anyone else would be everyone is stressed out by the server's circumstances, well, everyone that cares and no KoMaR isn't saving anyone's butts, no-one is saving anyone's butts in all honesty, which is the issue.

I could go on for hours about what needs changing and a rough path of how to do so, but there are issues:

• 1. No one would ACTUALLY take heed to what I say.
  2. I cannot guarantee that these ideologies would work.
  3. I don't think a lot of people care.

There are flaws in every system, one example would be with the way factions are being scripted and descripted, granted this ALMOST had it's uproar and absolute perfect opportunity to flourish, but we had the same issue. Factions are judged on how suited they are to their current roles and leadership stance rather than their RP standing and OOC reputation.

The MC has gone through 5 name changes since I have been in the server and has never changed and in my personal opinion, there is no need for a gang to be scripted unless they require specialist commands and have direly deserved the right to do so, for example:

• The Outfit provides good RP but it is so inclusive that there is barely any external roleplay, so it is a waste of a faction slot.
• The DDMC (Changed again) has never been successful for longer than a week and it is time that we swapped it for something else, a gang that hasn't been done in a long time.

That's just factions there are also other things which are done very weirdly and cockhandedly that don't benefit anyone and cause headache, YES, the admin score system is a GREAT way to tell who is doing a great job and competition sparks the want to out-do colleagues but it is also a very saddening way to do things.

Players need to help players, Admins need to help Admins and players, after all, we're a community not a dysfunctional heirachy system that share a mutual interest.
