As Tommy has stated, the weapons system as the moment is not fully finished and still has a few bugs like the drug system. That will be worked on and pushed out next update, as Tommy has said before. As for the suggestions board, that will open up once Peach gets in contact with Management or whenever Peach/Tommy want to open them up.
