A simple Google search didn't show anything related to a country ban SA-MP has performed, doubt it'd be that anyway as you would simply be refused to connect in the first place, and not for a split second.

If it's a collective issue only with players in your country, try checking if it's something with your ISP.

It's not SAMP blocking the country, it's the country blocking SAMP (I think).
Oh and, I forgot to mention that I only get 400 ping on other servers. My usual RCRP ping was 100, not sure what it is with VPN though as I won't risk connecting to RCRP with a VPN without permission.

Connect with a VPN and if you get to the login screen (if you do at all) then /q, and then atleast we know whether or not it's country related.
As long as you don't play with a VPN it's fine, just try to get to the login screen.

Nope.
We can't connect to any SAMP servers unless we're using a VPN.

The issue is most VPNs are blocked from the server due to the fact that they are commonly used by hackers. If you put a support ticket an exception MAY be granted for you.
