I am assuming inbound port 7777 could be blocked somewhere on any security applications (firewall, especially), router or the ISP in general.

Can you connect to other SA:MP servers without problem?

Nope.
We can't connect to any SAMP servers unless we're using a VPN.

The issue is most VPNs are blocked from the server due to the fact that they are commonly used by hackers. If you put a support ticket an exception MAY be granted for you.

Have you ever been able to login?

What exactly do you mean?
Login to RCRP?
I've been unable to log into RCRP since yesterday, it's giving me the same "Connected" message with RCRP then it begins reconnecting, same applies to every other SAMP server.

Okay in which case you'll have to create a support ticket and request the permission to use a VPN. However, it may be denied by Management.

In that case they wouldn't be able to connect to any servers with the port '7777', try connecting to one that doesn't have port 7777.

Correct, this is a port issue. I'm able to connect to other ports. I'll see to a solution and come back.

I'm glad that this is as easy as a port issue, thought it was your country...

Not sure how to fix it myself unfortunately.

UPDATE:

I've tried VPN, tried opening the ports through my router and firewall. I have also made a Static IP, which didn't bring any use. When trying to connect to other servers (not :7777 ports), they'd load faster, but I'd still not be able to play.

Help me, amigos.

I have the same problem and I live in the United Arab Emirates, I can only connect to ONE SERVER with 4500 port, others No-No-No, please help.
