Question regarding donations

Is it possible to get 2 "level 4 donator vehicles"? Lets say i've donated twice for level4.

I am not too sure about the same level but I believe if you donate for level four, you can get a vehicle from level four and level three.

What about donating twice for LEVEL 4 Donation Package. I'm asking about that. Donate twice = get another vehicle?

Yes, you're able to get another donator vehicle on another character if you donate 60 GPB (2 level 4 donator packages) along with the usual donator levels. You're not able to get two donator vehicles on the same character, though. Both donator vehicles must be on separate characters.
