PC freezes after ALT TAB

Oops, sorry. Try Windows key + Tab and see what happens. You can try creating a new desktop and moving GTA SA to the other desktop, then accessing your first desktop to do whatever you need to do.

Also, try ALT+Tabbing as soon as you login without accessing your escape menu or doing anything else.

Nope, I tried it but it doesn't work. My PC just freezes after I press ALT-TAB, and I had to restart it once again..

I fixed the ALT-TAB problem by reinstalling the game and messing around with everything. But now the problem is that I can't run GTASA when the "Run this program in compatibility mode for:" is off. I don't wanna turn it on because I will have lag in the game, the fps doesn't go above 45. Now I will have to find a way to run gta...
