Hi I'm wondering if my old UCP Master Account can be deleted I forgotten the username/password so I can't recover it if someone can help thanks

Hello there.

You can actually recover password if you remember what email you registered the MA with. And if I'm not wrong, you will be receiving a mail with the username you registered also.

Head to this page and do whatever you are asked to and let me know if it works out for you. Otherwise I will be tagging this thread for MA Admin to recover your username/pw or delete the account so you can proceed with creating a new one.

Hi that's the thing actually I forgot the email I signed up with as well so if a MA admin can like delete the old account so I can create a new one that'll be great.

Without you knowing the username or email, I will not be able to locate your Master Account, so I will not be able to delete it or help you without some information.

No I do not sadly, the email has been hacked and I can't log into it.

Tagging this for Management, as I've found your master account, but is disabled and it will require a bit of research before being re enabled.

Thanks, if you can reset the main email to my new one which is [email protected] I can reset the password.
