I am at the character selection menu the usual audio stream seems to
load

I think he means yes

same here, some audio streams don't work for me.

Yup, same, I can hear any other links, such as uploadir, offliberty, all of the radios in /carmusic, but not the rcrp hosted audios, not even /valero :C
However they play fine on my browser, it's just that ingame they don't work.
