[Lead Admin+]Support Tickets

Is anyone reading the tickets? I apologize if I'm talking out of line, but why does it take a month+ to get a response to a ticket? I'll post a SS in hope that someone who handles tickets see this.

I'm afraid the admins are extremely busy with numerous tasks both IG and out-of-game (Server updates/bugs, etc.) and they'll get to your ticket soon enough; I'm afraid patience is the key here, my friend.

Hi there.

I am a Master Account administrator and I check them daily, but I can only respond to the tickets I can handle and this isn't one that I can handle - it requires a Lead Administrator or above (I believe). I'll divert this to one now.
