I would like to ask a few questions regarding your situation.
1) When you run a YouTube video, does it frequently buffer or does it smoothly play without stopping, aka is your internet bad or good?
2) Version of windows? XP, Vista, 7, 8/8.1 or 10? or Mac?
3) When did this start happening?
This has happened to me before, but it start out by not showing at all...not like on your end, appearing and then disappearing. I will look into the matter due to their being several complaints on Windows 10 about desktop and internet icons disappearing. Just be patient with me and I and/or everyone here will help you find a solution.

This will get fixed, don't worry. We just need patience, phew. Anyways, I did some more research and found out that several phpbb forum users seem to be having this problem as well and I would like to ask you to head to these websites and check them out. They're not SA-MP related, so they're not advertised. But tell me if the forum icons there appear and then disappear as they do on RC-RP.
Before that, check your RC-RP forum settings for me.
