How are you going to post screenshots of your role play in your faction if you don't know how to post pictures on your faction thread? But to answer your question,

If you're wanting to post photos etc use the BBCode, have a look at other topics for example! Take a lot of time before creating one - there's no rush and your faction topic can never be too detailed!
