Pathetic... It is quite stupid to steal content from two of the most popular English roleplaying servers on SA:MP and post that content on those very servers again using the same username. Attempting to lie your way out of it does not help, either. I suggest taking a break for a while and coming back afterwards to join an already existing faction. You claim that there are no good gangs out there right now but I've seen quality roleplay from both Paxie's faction and VK, I'd suggest joining them to have a basic idea on how factions work (although I doubt you'd be taken into them after ripping their faction thread off, lol). If there are no further inquiries, I'll lock and archive this topic.
