Cannot go on the website on laptop

Hi

I apparently cannot connect to the website on my laptop, it says 'the website cannot be displayed' but it does work with the sasp site.
Anyone know a fix?

What's your operating system on your laptop and what browser are you using to access the site?
 
I'm sure this has something to do with the SSL. I cannot access the RCRP website on the standard Android (4.1) browser but the forums are fine. And now the forums have SSL and the forums became inaccessible as well.

Windows 8, soon upgrading to 8.1 and maybe 10.
I'm using Internet Explorer, it used to work before I reset my PC tho.
 
Samd, can't connect at work on government computers but I'm able to connect to the SASP forums.
 
Fixed, my browser was using TLS 1.0, changed it to TLS 1.1 and it worked.

On IE: Click on the mechanical wheel icon in the top right corner -> Internetoptions -> Advanced -> Untick "Use TLS 1.0" and tick "USE TLS 1.1".
