I recall it had to do because the coordinates 0, 0 are right on the acre and it had to do with some logic in SAMP causing the lag. I may be wrong though.

Good Tommy, good boyACTUALLY the problem is a SA-MP bug that occurs at the center of the map (blueberry acres) when a server sends too many building removal instructions to the client. The only way to fix it is to lower the number of object removal instructions, which only I can do. I'm not sure why this is happening again though cause I optimized all of the building removals very recently. I'll look into it.
Do keep in mind that while there are a lot of objects in the Blueberry area, the stream distance of these objects are pretty low. The most objects a client should have streamed to them is about 500.
