Download a fresh game, uninstall samp, re-install it and then try and come in-game. You’re mods are most lilely whats making you crash at the spawn. It happened with me which is why I’m testing out new mods now, it maybe custom mapping on RCRP which is the reason why other servers work for you. Try it and let us know, I’m more than certain that this will work.

I didn't say test your mods, I said install a fresh game and see if it works on a fresh game.

The most common cause of crashes between SA-MP versions would be memory hacking CLEO mods, so you'd do well by removing any CLEO script you have, or game scripts in general, and see where that takes you.

Tried it the second time it worked, I changed my spawn location and got back in the game with the same modes I had, spawned in the guest house and no crashes. That must mean something about the newbie spawn is crashing me, it's fine now, I can even walk to the newbie spawn on foot and I don't get any crashes, it's only when I spawn there.

Would you like this to still be open? I’d recommend just setting your spawn to something different for now.
