• RCSD should have a complete revamp and start doing something against traffic violations, and with HARSH consequences.
• Gang wars should be limited.
• The server itself is slow and we need a faster host, sometimes.
• Add more commands and more scripted additions.
• Get the OOC out, strictly (No more OOC fun and such, everywhere, even though no one is around and even though something OOC happens, such as a crash).
• Put a totally new drug system, something hard to get but more useful.

This is everything I can think of right now. If this could get fixed, then I'm sure everything around the server would be waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay more better.

1. Traffic is an issue - agreed.

2. Game is based around cops vs gangs, and gang wars - but then? If you do not like current FD or SD, why wouldn't anyone ever step forward and say something about SD or FD? Reason is: it is much harder to get into FD and SD at the current time than it is to join a gang. I hope the heads of these factions will keep this in mind, and other, who ARE in these factions, would play a little bit less on their gang alts.

3. It is up to server owner where to host it. I was trying to step forward with some good locations and options, was never heard...

4. OOC fun. Mostly hosted by administrative team. Nothing against it, just has to be a perfect time and a perfect place to do it. I myself do hate when some guys teleport to me during a Serious , let's say boyfriend-girlfriend RP, bring other people in and start making fun of it OOcly in /b or even IC.

5. Have nothing to say about the fifth, have never had any interaction with drug system.

Dunno why would we need a complete revamp? My faction is doing just fine lmao, Organization is at it's top level we just need to fix the activity problem.

Edit: The punishment for a traffic offence is not our problem, we enforce the law not make it up.

I see RCSD doing a traffic checkpoint once a month....you should start doing traffic checkpoints more often,enforce the traffic rules etc....not just go around searching for people to have a shootout with.

How can you say something and claim something without even knowing how we work internaly, of course we don't look for shootouts fact is that we hate shootouts and welcome any rp that dosent involve guns. What are we to look in traffic stops? We know people have their licenses, nobody ever RPs being drunk nor high and when license is revoked its so easy to get it back it's basically pointless to revoke it. We are waiting for SADVLA so our work counts. Refrain from attempting to set a bad image for my faction.

How can you say something and claim something without even knowing how we work internaly, of course we don't look for shootouts fact is that we hate shootouts and welcome any rp that dosent involve guns. What are we to look in traffic stops? We know people have their licenses, nobody ever RPs being drunk nor high and when license is revoked its so easy to get it back it's basically pointless to revoke it. We are waiting for SADVLA so our work counts. Refrain from attempting to set a bad image for my faction.

Amen. RCSD's RP life is basicly:
Driving around RC.
Pulling over Traffic-Breakers
Performing regular Traffic Stops (Wich are always the same thing as people are always rushing)
Avoiding Gang Brawls/Violence
And some other stuff...

I mean, instead of getting administrative action for the traffic offenses, it would be better if you enforced the laws, obliged a stop at a red light, and had more policemen around the cities.

In my opinion that's only part of the problem. The real problem is too many factions which in a way can be linked to activity.

The factions that there should be:
- Only 4 gangs. 1 black, 1 latino, 1 white or hick, and 1 of something else.
- 1 Law Enforcement faction(RCSD) (Sorry, but the FBI is way to big to be in the county. It should only be a small faction)
- San Andreas County Fire Dept. / EMS
- Red County Yellow Cab (The RCYC could be turned into a job to make room for another faction)
- 2 other legal factions

This solution would help a large part of the problem. The only problem with this idea is that it would lead to huge arguments to which factions would stay official.

There could possibly be a public vote on which factions/gangs would get to stay official, and the top ones that people voted would get to stay.

As you can CLEARLY see, we may have many factions that are all from one race.. but they are very different. It's because we all like to RP something different. Maybe I don't want to be a farmer... what then? I'd go join another faction. But wait... there's only 4 factions I can join now... So I have to go be a Sureno, a Crip, or an Irishman... but wait.. what if I don't want to RP as any of those? Too bad for me I guess. See what I mean?
