My opinion is to:

1: The quiz in the beginning to edit it. If possible Alec could add a script to change the quiz every couple of hours (So Youtube cheaters can have a harder time.)

2: Since we already have newbies in the server. Why don't we just teach tthem the basic meaning of Role Play. They could learn from their mistakes and their future mistakes.

3: Ofcourse with the Car Crashes. If a Newbie hits you or someone hits you "Laagggggg" Don't repeat "MotherF'r Lagger" You could RP that you have been hit. Trust me there are so many of them called "Laggggggers".

4: Everyone has been saying we need to add the quiz thingeee you know from the other server. NOT NEEDED. As Cook and some Admins said We're one of a kind we're Unique.

5: If a newbie is new to the server we should all welcome him or her in to the community and not try to flame that he's a newbie he's going to ruin the RP. I mean seriously there are some times out there that you feel really lazy or you've been playing for long or tired that you just skip the RP.
