wtf is this?

When I get to the scrapyard and a few other place in SA-MP and SP, this happens;

It's not only that, there's more. I don't have a screenshot, but as you see my textures are fucking up. Somtimes the whole screen become brown. Not only textures, but ANYTHING so all I can see is light from my car and nametags. This -ONLY- happen on rcrp, no other servers...

Can someone help me out on this?

Do you use modloader or an IMG editor to install the mods?
IE: Modloader you just put mods into folders; IMG Editors you put the files into your games gta3.img

IMG Editors. But that doesnt solve it.. This shit happens ONLY on RCRP, NO other server.

It might be because of all the mapping in RCRP, everywhere you go there's hundreds of mapped objects, BB Scrapyard being one of those areas. If you have allot of mods in your game, uninstalling a few that you don't commonly use or necessarily need may solve the issue.

I've uninstalled my ENB and some vegetation mods, but it keeps appearing..
