Wrote the wrong answer

Hello,
When i was making an character app i wrote USA but i'm from Qatar and i didint know it asked the Character place it was born, Now i tried to contact the Application Handler thought Gmail but i said to open a support ticket but my account is not accepted so i cant make one yet so i decided to Re-apply the character story saying the mistake i wrote and all other info needed but now when i clicked on "View it" it shows me the last character app i made, Please help me out
