Hello, i completed the quiz on website, and after I wrote and sent a description of his character, I can play. I do not know where the answer comes to me and when, please help. :D

It ussualy comes in ~1 to up to 3 hours.
 
Your application was temp denied, but you are now able to re-apply. Log back into the User Control Panel and submit your character story again.
