It is my 15th time to restart the game.. first it brings up the log in scr. and after i write the password, i log in and the character selection scr. is up, then it restarts and brings up this msg..

This is a SA-MP and server issue as well as a connection issue. Close the game and restart it, only solution to fix this problem is to get better internet.
