What happened to the faction forums?

I'm trying to access the SAHP forums, but they've been offline for over a week now. Same goes for LSSD, SBI, RCFD, etc. What's up? Have they been shut down permanently because the server is done?

Pretty much. I believe it's to start saving money since it costs to run these forums.
