Weapon skill moving

I was wondering if it's possible to move weapon skill from one character to an other?

If you asslick a lead admin it's possible. (Or head, dunno.)

A weapon skill is supposed to be gained IC'ly as it could lead to MG'ing if you transfer it from a character to another. Basically it's supposed to mean when you get better at a weapon you buy a weapon skill.

You may not change the weapon skill to your alt. I spoke to admin about it and no, Just a quick no.

Now we can't cuz it got out to the public, i know two people who got their weapon skill moved. By lead admins (Not going to say any names) anyway just L&A this thread...
