Is it possible to use proxy servers or VPNs if I can't play properly due to my ping and not for banned IP address? My connection with the server is not that good and stable in the past few days, so I was wondering if I could use a VPN or something like that. Please respond.
 
You can ask for admin permission to play our server while using VPN. I'd suggest PM'ing one of management members(TommyB,Evans and Earl) and ask for their permission.
 
You may be valid for a ping exception. Although, you will have to contact a Management member as Rufiocas stated. The best place to contact them regarding this issue is via the Support Ticket system which can be found here. You can login using your Master Account information.
