Unable to use my character after I've been unbanned.

Well, that's fucked up! Your MA name being the same as your character name is what is the problem, you need your MA name changing.

My master account name is the same as my character and I don't get this problem.

Strange, I will look into it more and see if anything doesn't look right. Thanks for sharing this.

I have seen an option on my master account settings, it says:

Add existing character
Use this option if you have registered characters with the old in-game registration.

Is this not related to my problem, or should I try it? I don't want to be messing around with this stuff if It's not relevant.

Well, I see that you have the same MA like your character name, but you are level 13, so how did you log in before?

I've been banned and only just got unbanned due to college. It's been updated since I left the server. I've been playing since, but on a new character I've always wanted to make. I've posted a ticket asking for TommyB or Alec so, you can lock this now if you wish.
