Unable to connect to the server

So, as the topic says that I'm Unable to connect to the server while others can just connect nicely and they can play finely. I just connect to the server, enter password, player spawns and game freezes. Is it a bug for some players or a fault in my game. I have also downloaded GTA SA again, had also re-installed SAMP, but the Same problem occurs...
Any solution please....
