Unable to connect to the server while others can just connect

So, as the topic says that I'm Unable to connect to the server while others can just connect nicely and they can play finely. Is it a bug for some players or a fault in my game. I have also downloaded GTA SA again, had also re-installed SAMP, but the Same problem occurs...
Any solution please....
