How long does it take for an app to be accepted?

Mine took around 24 hours, I was starting to get worried because I used to play on LS-RP and applications there were reviewed quickly, just wait. If it surpasses 48 hours then you should probably contact anyone from the RC-RP team to know what happened to your application.

From 24 to 48 hours, some cases may take longer.

Your application can be reviewed even in 10 minutes even in maximum 48 hours. The admins have free time, so they can't 24/7 manage the server. The key here is to be patient.
