Dear Community,
I have made a new well known "Satisfaction Form". This time we'd like for the community to evaluate the new trial admins and how you think they've done so far. It's extremely important that you fill in this as we want as much feedback as possible so we know what to work on to make this community a better place.
Please take this satisfaction form as serious as possible. Forms that lacks serious answers will be ignored and removed. Forms that include blind insulting will be ignored and removed. If you have negative commentary about someone, use good arguments and mature language.
Read through everything firmly before you answer the questions.
You must rate all trial admins from a 1 to 10. You are allowed to give additional negative or positive feedback in the "Additional Comments" field, but you are not required to answer those to continue to the next page. If you give an admin a very low rating, we'd like to know why!
