TommyB has a lot of responsibilities on the server as he is the server owner, so it might take some time for him to answer you. The situation at hand is also complicated as there is no way to verify you were the one who created the account in the first place, as you don't have access to the email account anymore.
The only thing you can do at the moment is wait and have patience until TommyB or a management member takes care of your issue.
