Have you tried using the forgotten your password feature on the UCP recently? There was an issue with the mail server sending to outlook emails.

Yes, I tried resetting my password multiple times. I heard some kind of breach happened which could have affected my password though, couldn't this be the problem?

Whatever you changed your password to last time you reset it should work now.
