[TommyB / Alec] Character Troubles

Master Account Name:Peat
Problem: Two characters need deleting from the account + One needs a name change.
- Jeremy_Maples (delete)
- Rosie_Goddard (delete)

I CANNOT delete these myself due to the fact my email address password was lost and couldn't be recovered, I changed my email and can't resend the email to delete the two.

Also the character that needs a name change is:
- Jessica_Hunt

I can't afford a name change for this character, and it was force CK'd by Aperture due to me accidentally trespassing.
Patrick_Bauer and James_Kellerman can confirm this force CK.
 
You might be able to get a free namechange IG from a Lead Admin+. Just tell them your situation and they may be able to help you :3
 
Have you tried to recover your email address password by going through the account recovery process? ("Forgot your password?").

If that doesn't help, please create a support ticket tagging [Alec/TommyB] on your Master Account page and briefly explain your concern on your ticket query. Don't worry as the support ticket doesn't require email access. I can't assure they can assist with your concern, but it's worth a try.
