'The requested user does not exist'

I was trying to get a forum account activated again, with an administrator on teamspeak. However when he clicked on it, it said 'The requested user does not exist' - Can someone help us out and tell us how we can go about getting it undisabled? Muchos Gracias

I can confirm this, he was to be unbanned on the forums however Manu had de-activated the forum account upon it being banned. And after spending an hour attempting to re-activate it I was unable to find a way to do so, as everything lead to the account not existing. I'm unsure if de-activating an account fully deletes it or not so I suggested for him to get assistance from Management on the matter.

Next time, if you know your forum account is bugged, don't brag about "Ohhh I can still access the forums" when you know your account is banned.
