Hey, my character's application got temporarily denied for a long time, how do i proceed? i want to play so badly and i think my application wasn't that bad, how can i re-apply?

Did you issue a support ticket back then?

Might be banned from making an app. If you think you are, make a ban appeal in the bans section and an administrator will help figure it out with you.
Nobody here other than an admin can really help you here.
