Since I am a level 4-donator I would like to receive a TeamSpeak channel for myself, 'Roy's channel'.

You should poke Alec on teamspeak with a link of your doantion, and ask for a channel. He will do it when he's available

Yes.. Either try that or PM him on forums, make a ticket on the UCP or perhaps you could e-mail him?
Just give him the the link to your donation where you received donator 4 and it should work out.
