Depends on when you created it. They usually reply withint 48 hours. If not, they will reply the day after. If they still don't reply, there should be a very nice board down below on these forums that allow you to report an administrator if you feel you're being ignored!

Or bother admins via discord, you'll get banned for doing so.
 
All support tickets will be handled tonight, I've been extremely busy this week. The administrators who have the ability to handle them are busy and/or on LOA. Apologies for the inconvenience.
