Re: Game crash when editing placement on /clothing.
Game crashes are often tricky to track down the source of. This could be anything from a resolution or compatibility glitch to a bugged texture. But since you don't have any other mods apart from SnowFX/SnowAndreas, it's probably not model related. Dumb question, but did editing the placement of your accessories work before you installed these mods? It's always worth to try to uninstall every. single. mod you have in an effort to find the culprit. If still the problem continues, ensure you're running game version 1.0, in compatibility mode for Windows 7 (if you're using 8/8.1 or 10), and your resolution isn't too small (seems silly but I've had countless complications merely due to resolution.)
Do note, though, that this forum section is for host related problems - such as connecting to the server.
