Snowmods [L&A]

Hello people, I have installed that SnowFC CLEO mod from that thread above. But I haven't downloaded that texture mod as I have no idea how to install it. Can anyone explain me each steps of how to install it and implement it properly in-game. I am good at understand so please it wont take time, thanks.

Never wanted to install that texture mod, but I am looking forward to participate in that picture contest so I would like to have those mods in-game.

Hello,

Google for 'ALCIS IMG Editor', Download that.
Goto your GTA folder then models then GTA 3 img.
Open the texture download, then goto 'import, replace' on Alcis,
Select all the texture files then click save.
