Server Problems

When I get onto San Andreas Multiplayer window & I click onto RC-RP, It doesnt show my ping on the ping bar and doesnt show any players.
When I log on the server is always says "Connecting to :7277"

What you are describing looks like a too high ping problem to me.
It happens to me sometimes. Your internet connection is handling too much data at the same time which causes you to be unable to see the server information and connect to it.
Turn off all your torrents, downloads, youtube videos, uploads.... Tell your brother to stop watching porn online.
Or maybe even that cuntish neighbour is stealing your wifi?! Better put a password on it!
